The project is located in North Franklin, Canton and South Strabane Townships and the City of Washington. The eastbound and westbound portion of the project began just east of SR 3038 and ended just west of SR 4049. The project also included a westbound section just west of SR 4049 and ending just east of SR 1009. Work included patching and an overlay of existing roadway and shoulders, grade adjustments to the inlets, resetting and updating the guide rail, updating the pavement markings and signing, installing milled rumble strips and raised pavement markers and bridge preservation work.
